IMPORTANT NOTES
-
At this time we do have some glass recycling bins at a limited number of
locations, but any glass placed in these containers is not recycled because
WYWRA does not have access to a glass recycler. Any glass placed
in these containers is simply taken to the landfill, therefore we at WYWRA
encourage everyone to take glass in for recycling if at all possible.
-
Wherever possible, take your pop bottles, pop cans etc. to your nearest
SARCAN outlet. Similarly waste oil, tires, pesticide containers etc.
have separately established locations for returns.
-
Do not throw bags of recyclable items in the bins. Throw recyclables
into appropriate bins and dispose of the plastic bag in the plastic bin
unless otherwise noted.
